Vmeus LLC, the operator of the Site, is not a licensed plumbing contractor and does not perform plumbing work of any kind. The Site functions solely as a referral and lead-generation service that connects consumers with independent, third-party plumbing professionals. The plumbers dispatched through or in connection with this Site are independent contractors who hold their own individual plumbing licenses and who carry their own liability insurance. All plumbing services are performed exclusively under those independent contractors' licenses and pursuant to their own agreements with the consumer.
Vmeus LLC does not employ the dispatched plumbers, does not supervise or control their work, and makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, compliance, or outcome of any plumbing services performed. Any warranty, guarantee, or representation relating to actual plumbing work is that of the independent contractor who performs the work, not of Vmeus LLC.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VMEUS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH (A) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; (B) ANY GOODS, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE; (C) ANY PLUMBING SERVICES PERFORMED BY ANY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE SITE, EVEN IF VMEUS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. VMEUS LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY VISITOR, UNDER ANY THEORY, SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
Each Visitor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vmeus LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the Visitor's use of the Site; (b) any breach of these Terms by the Visitor; or (c) the Visitor's violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Brevard County, Florida, and each party irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between Vmeus LLC and each Visitor with respect to the use of the Site and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
Vmeus LLC reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
