California Consumer Privacy Act — Opt-Out Rights

California residents have the right, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"), to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information with third parties.

Does Vmeus LLC Sell Personal Information?

Vmeus LLC does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation. However, the Company may disclose certain visitor data to advertising partners, analytics providers, and call-tracking vendors in ways that may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the broad definitions of the CCPA/CPRA. This may include:

• Device identifiers such as IP addresses and advertising IDs;
• Browsing activity and click-stream data collected through cookies and tracking pixels;
• Inferred interests, geographic location, and traffic-source data; and
• Call-related metadata such as call time, duration, and originating area code.

How to Submit a Do-Not-Sell-or-Share Request

California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information by contacting the Company through either of the following methods:

• By Telephone: Call Vmeus LLC at 321-459-7582 and request that personal information not be sold or shared.
• By Mail: Send a written request to Vmeus LLC, 784 Carlsbad Dr, Satellite Beach, FL 32937. Please include sufficient information to identify the request, such as the name, phone number, or other identifier associated with your interaction with the Site.

The Company will acknowledge and respond to opt-out requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If verification of identity is necessary, the Company will contact the requestor with instructions.

Additional California Privacy Rights

In addition to the right to opt out of sale or sharing, California residents may also exercise the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA by contacting the Company using the methods listed above:

• Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties with whom information is shared;
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information, subject to certain statutory exceptions;
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Right to Limit: Request that the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information be limited to certain permitted purposes.

Non-Discrimination

Vmeus LLC will not discriminate against any California resident for exercising any right afforded under the CCPA/CPRA. The Company will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality to any individual solely because that individual exercised a privacy right.

Authorized Agents

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. Authorized agents must provide written authorization from the California resident, and the Company may take reasonable steps to verify both the agent's authorization and the requestor's identity.
