Vmeus LLC does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation. However, the Company may disclose certain visitor data to advertising partners, analytics providers, and call-tracking vendors in ways that may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the broad definitions of the CCPA/CPRA. The Company will acknowledge and respond to opt-out requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If verification of identity is necessary, the Company will contact the requestor with instructions.
In addition to the right to opt out of sale or sharing, California residents may also exercise the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA by contacting the Company using the methods listed above:
Vmeus LLC will not discriminate against any California resident for exercising any right afforded under the CCPA/CPRA. The Company will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality to any individual solely because that individual exercised a privacy right.
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. Authorized agents must provide written authorization from the California resident, and the Company may take reasonable steps to verify both the agent's authorization and the requestor's identity.
